    Augie Knit - Juniper

    Size Guide

We've simplified things for you in 3 easy steps.

    STEP 1 - What's Your Regular?

Ask yourself this simple question: what size do you regularly wear?

If you usually reach for a size 12 when out shopping, we recommend doing the same virtually here.

If you're a 12-14, we'll advise whether to size up or down on each specific product.

If you're a 12 with a big bust, we'll also tell you if a particular style is fitted at the bust, and whether we recommend sizing up (or not). It doesn't happen often, as we're designing most of our pieces for bigger cup sizes, but this leads us to the next important step...

STEP 2 - Read the Product Descriptions Carefully

We take a lot of time writing each and every product description, and jam-packing it with oodles of size/fit information. If you know step 1, step 2 will help you choose the right size, the first time.

    Each product has 3 sections:

    1. Description
    2. About the Fit
    3. Model Info

The Description is where we let our personality shine. It's where we'll tell you how amazing you'll feel when wearing the item, and highlight all the amazing features we've designed into it.

About the Fit is probably the most important section. We describe how it fits across the bust, hips and waist, and generally overall. If you're in between size, this is where you'll find our recommendation on sizing up or down in that particular style.

We aim to style every product on 2 different models, and the Model Info is where you can find out the models regular size, what size they're wearing in that particular style, and their detailed bust/waist/hip measurements. This section comes a close second in importance, after About the Fit. It's a great way to compare your own measurements with our models, and see what size they regularly wear vs. what size they're wearing in that particular style.

STEP 3 - Check the Size Chart, But if in Doubt, Chat it Out.

We base our block patterns on the below average measurements. This table should be used as a GUIDE only, after you've taken the first 2 steps.

    Description

Welcome to the home of the OG breastfeeding knit, mama. Your winter breastfeeding journey is about to get a whole lot easier (and cosier, and comfier!).

Since our first knit was released in 2018, we've taken on years of customer feedback and combined it all into our Augie Knit. A new supplier, highest grade cotton yarn, tailored shoulders and our signature zip comfort panel, make for our *best* breastfeeding knit, ever. Yep, we're claiming it!

We've added in a swagger of mum-friendly features, like added length so you can wear it over leggings without feeling exposed, 100% cotton yarn for warmth and breathability (cya nasty acrylics!).

The pièce de résistance is a gorgeous champagne gold zipper for quick and convenient nursing access, now with a soft comfort panel covering the metal teeth. No more scratching for mum when the zip is done up or for bubs when the zip is down and folded open.

And the best part? You'll enjoy cosying up in your Augie Knit well after your breastfeeding days are over. That is the true beauty of Moolk.

    • Forest green colour
    • Premium-quality, champagne gold zipper for feeding access
    • Silky smooth zipper with no catching
    • Luxuriously soft 100% cotton yarn
    • Built-in zip cover runs on the inside of the zip to stop scratching you and protect bubs face when the zipper is open
    • PLEASE NOTE: Colours are as true as possible however there may be some variance depending on the device screen.  The flaylay is the best colour indication.

    About the Fit

Fit: Designed to be a tailored, semi-relaxed fit (not oversized).
Sizing: True to size for the intended fit (see above). If you're choosing between two sizes, both will fit so it all comes down to personal preference. Want a snugger (but not tight) knit? Choose the size down. Love a more relaxed, looser knit? Choose the size up.
Length: Size 6 shoulder to hip measures 66cm (laying flat), add approx. 1cm per size. Keep in mind, knits will drop about 3-5cm once they're on. This is why we don't recommend storing your knits hanging up.
Bust: Semi-fitted with room to move.
    Waist: Relaxed, not too fitted.
Hips: Semi-relaxed. Not fitted, but not loose either.
Bra advice: Any bra will suit the knit. The weave is dense enough to not be sheer.
Fabric: Weave of the knit allows for some 'stretch'. It will 'drop' with wear, but retract back with washing.
Care: For best results, cold machine wash in a delicates bag on a delicate cycle. Gently reshape before laying flat to dry in the shade.
