Welcome to Moolk, the fashion hub for feeding mamas.
A place to shop with confidence knowing everything is boob-accessible.
Wanna know a little secret? Our clothes are just every day clothes for every day women, but they just so happen to allow you to whip your nip out quick smart.
Not only will you be a solid 10 when you're breastfeeding, but when your boobin' journey is done and dusted, you'll have a wardrobe full of clothes you can still wear #winning!
So ladies, say sayonara to those frustrating mornings standing in front of your wardrobe half naked, wasting precious time before your next let down/nappy change/lullaby, and say hello, Moolk!
We're doing the hard yards for you, because getting dressed should be the easy part.
Lauren aka Chief Moolk Mama
Here are 3 things you should know about me:
- I fed my first babe until she was 22 months old. Two weeks later, I found out I was pregnant. Coincidence? Maybe... maybe not. I'm now mumma to two beautiful girls and my second breastfeeding journey is off to an amazing start!
- My first breastfeeding journey wasn't all sunshine and snuggles. I wound up with tiger stripe scabs on my nips from an incorrect latch just 1 week into my new mum role, but I was determined to breastfeed for at least 6 months so I pushed through with the help of a lactation consultant.
- After the tiger stripes healed, what I struggled with most as a new breastfeeding mama was not feeling myself. Not only had I become completely selfless to this tiny human, but felt like I couldn't even dress like myself without stressing about whether I could comfortably feed my babe. And maternity/nursing clothes? Well, for this size 8 (#sorrynotsorry, thanks for the skinny genes, dad), A-cup mama (nope, they didn't get bigger from breastfeeding), I looked like a sack of potatoes in what I like to call those "extremely dated, make-me-feel-double-my-age, uber daggy" nursing clothes.
