Shipping

We dispatch orders placed before 12pm AEST (GMT+10) same business day (or next business day if on the weekend) with the exception of release periods.

During release or sale periods, please allow a 3-5 business days before orders are dispatched. Not sure if we're in a release or sale period? Follow along with our Instagram or Facebook pages.

For AusPost Standard Post: Estimated 2-5 business days for metro delivery and up to 11 business days for all other locations.


For AusPost Express Post: Estimated 1-2 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT. 2-5 business days for all other locations.

We sure do! We exclusively ship Australian orders with AusPost.

Returns

Please read our Returns Policy here before submitting a return.

For change of mind returns, please use our online returns portal. All you need is your email address and order number (you can find it on your confirmation email) and follow the prompts.

For faulty or incorrect items, please email hello@moolkshop.com.au and we will get it sorted for you! 

We process returns every other day, but please allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed once tracking shows it’s been delivered to our PO Box. 

If you’ve used our online returns portal, you’ll be notified by email of when your return has been successfully processed and your store credit has been issued. Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card, and there is no expiration date.

It doesn’t! Yay! And you can use it over multiple transactions too, so don’t feel the need to spend it all at once. You can also use more than one gift card/ store credit in the same transaction.

General

Being a small business, we don’t often restock a collection towards the end of the season but rather make room in our warehouse for the next season’s new and exciting styles.

To ensure you do not miss out on a style, we recommend purchasing as close as possible to the release date.

We are also ALWAYS working on new and exciting designs so whilst your favourite dress might not make a comeback, know that something next level is coming instead!

Pre-orders are paid for at the time of order and are shipped as close as possible to the date specified on the product listing. Please keep in mind this shipping date is an estimate only and while we work our hardest to send them out on time, there are factors outside of our control that could delay things. We will definitely be in touch if there is a slight delay!

Pre-orders are dispatched once all the stock arrives at Moolk HQ.

If you have items within your order that are already in stock, they will be dispatched altogether with your entire order. Unfortunately, we cannot partially fulfil an order.

Sizing

Each product on our website has a handy ‘about the fit’ tab which will help you determine whether to stick with your current size, size up or size down.

We also have a chat feature on our website which you can use to chat with us Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 and get tailored sizing advice.

When a product is sold out in your size, we know how frustrating it can be.

If you click the sold out size, you’ll be shown the ‘email when available’ link.

If you complete the simple form, you will be automatically emailed as soon as the item comes back into stock whether it be from a return or a restock.

Be sure to move quickly when you receive the email as there may only be one returned back into stock.

We're an Australian label, so all of our sizes are AUS sizing. If you're in the US / International, we have provided a size conversion on our sizing page and included measurements in inches for easy reference.
