RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FAULTY ITEMS
Discounted styles of 15–20% OFF:
- Eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless deemed faulty.

- Final sale. Not eligible for return, store credit, or exchange, unless deemed faulty.
General return conditions:
- Standard return window of 14 days from delivery applies.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time your return is processed.
- Exchange dispatch follows standard processing timelines during the sale period.
- Our returns and exchanges platform will be temporarily closed during the Black Friday Sale period. During this time, customers will not be able to initiate a return or exchange for any previous orders.
- We are unable to process manual exchanges for sale items, including requests to return a past full-priced order in order to repurchase at a discounted price.
- Our returns platform will reopen once the sale period has ended.
Faulty items:
Handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a product is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
ORDER TIMEFRAMES & ADJUSTMENTS
Due to high order volume during the sale:
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched.
- Standard shipping times apply once your parcel is with Australia Post.
- We cannot combine, edit, or partially cancel orders once placed.
- We cannot modify payment methods after checkout.
- Please triple-check your cart and shipping address before completing checkout.
- Moolk is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, or external factors.
PREORDERS
- Pending preorder items cannot be cancelled during the sale period.
- We cannot add discounted sale items to an existing preorder.
FREE GIFTS & THRESHOLDS
- Orders over $180 are eligible for the free gift available at the time of purchase.
- Orders over $200 (AUD) are eligible for free standard shipping.
- Community Early Access Orders that are over $230 are eligible for a free Crop Tee – White, while stocks last.
- General Access orders (28th Nov - 1st Dec) that are over $230 are eligible a free Susie Singlet, while stock lasts.
- Free Susie Singlet colourways will be chosen at random. Due to the influx of orders we are unable to accomodate colour requests.
- Order value must be reached after discounts and before shipping.
- Gift Cards do not contribute to the order value required to qualify for any free gifts or thresholds.
- Free gifts must be actively claimed using the “Claim” button and selecting your size.
- Orders where the gift is not claimed at checkout are ineligible to receive it later.
- One free gift per order, per threshold reached.
- Free gifts are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.

- While we aim for accuracy, pricing and product information may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order affected by major pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Your entry into the promotion is deemed your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period
Entries for the promotion may be submitted from 10:00am (AEST) on 30/10/2025 until 11:59pm (AEST) on 09/11/2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility Requirements
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and must reside in Australia or New Zealand to be eligible for entry.
Procedures for Entry
Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the required form on the Promoter’s website via the link below:

The entry will be deemed to have been made at the time it is received by the Promoter.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this competition. A purchase will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
By entering the competition, entrants agree to subscribe to Moolk’s marketing database and consent to receiving email and SMS marketing communications from the Promoter, including promotional offers, product launches, and brand updates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in those communications.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry at any time, including confirming an entrant’s identity, age, contact details, and place of residence. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or has interfered with the entry process in any way. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Limitations on Entries
Participants may enter the competition once per person. Duplicate emails for the same person will not be accepted.
Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for entry.
The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
Prize
The prize includes a Moolk Gift Card to the value of $2000, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The winner may spend the Gift Card at their discretion and is not required to use the full amount in one transaction, provided all purchases are made within the 12-month validity period.
Use of the Gift Card will be in accordance with the Promoter’s standard Gift Card Terms:

It is the responsibility of the winner to use their prize within the 12-month expiration period. Any unused balance after this period will be forfeited.
The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable (unless otherwise approved by the Promoter), exchangeable for other products or services, or redeemable for cash. Any additional costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Award of the prize is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen goods purchased using the prize voucher.
Winners
One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw after the closing date of the promotion.
The Promoter will notify the winner via email from hello@moolkshop.com.au within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner after making reasonable efforts to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select an alternative winner.
The name of the winner will be published on the Promotions Information Page:

and will remain visible for 28 days after the winner has claimed their prize.
Privacy and Publicity
Any personal information collected by the Promoter will be used solely for:
(a) administering the competition, including notifying the winner, and

Disclaimers, Waivers, and Limitations of Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or tampered prizes, misdirected mail, or printing errors.
The Promoter is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or cancellation of the competition caused by circumstances beyond its control.
If the competition is disrupted or cannot be completed as intended, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the promotion to ensure fairness and integrity.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Promoter, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion, the acceptance or use of a prize, or participation in any related activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
General
The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding on all entrants.
All issues and questions concerning these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and each entrant regarding this promotion.
Eligibility
- Offer applies when you purchase an eligible full-price dress and an eligible full-price knit in the same order.
- When both items are added to cart, the knit will automatically reduce to 50% off.
Discount Details
- The 50% discount applies to the knit only.
- Discount is automatically applied in cart. No code required.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, vouchers, or offers.
- Sale items are excluded.
- Discount cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
- This bundle discount is only able to be used once per order.
Returns and Exchanges
- This bundle offer is valid for exchange and shopnow only (no refunds or store credits).
- Orders with this bundle discount applied are not eligible for the ShopNow Bonus ($10)
- Return Exchange shipping fees apply.
- The 50% discount on the knit is not able to migrate over to new items in the 'shopnow' feature. The customer is required to pay any difference between that of the originally bought item the new item selected.

Eligibility

- When two eligible items are added to cart, the bundle discount will automatically reduce the combined price to $199.

- If you wish to use an alternative discount, the bundle promo will be forfeited.

Returns and Exchanges
- Items purchased in a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange only.

Eligibility
- Free Moolk Wash Bags - Set of 2 (free gift) will automatically add to cart when you spend $180 or more in a single order (before shipping, after discounts, and excluding store credits or gift cards).
- The free gift are automatically added to cart once the qualifying spend is reached.
- Orders are eligible for one of each free gift item per transaction. Spending the qualifying amount multiple times in a single order does not result in multiple of the same gift.
Discount Details
- Gift cards do not count toward the qualifying spend.
- If items are removed from cart and the total drops below $180, the free gift will automatically be removed.
- In the event a free gift oversells, Moolk may substitute the item with an alternative gift.
Returns and Exchanges
- Orders that claim the free gift can only be returned for store credit or exchange (no refunds unless deemed faulty).
- If you return items from your order that reduce the total spend below $180, the free gift must also be returned.
- By placing an order with a free gift in the cart, you are accepting the associated terms and conditions. Customers may choose to remove the free gift from their cart prior to checkout if they do not wish to accept these terms.
- Return and exchange shipping fees apply.
Timing
- The free gift promotion is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Other Conditions
- Free gift offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly outlined.

We do love a good pre-order! Here's what you need to know before placing an order:
- Pre-orders are paid for at the time of order and are shipped as close as possible to the date specified on the product listing. Please keep in mind this shipping date is an estimate only and while we work our hardest to send them out on time, there are factors outside of our control that could delay things. We will definitely be in touch if there is a slight delay!
- If you order other in-stock items at the same time as your pre-order, all items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like to receive your in-stock item before the pre-order item arrives, we would recommend placing a seperate order for the in stock items.
- We are unable to combine any future orders with pending pre-orders.
- If there are any releases before preorders are processed we are unable to 'swap' items already ordered with upcoming items.
- Pre-order items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit as per our returns policy, the 30 day return window begins from the date your order is dispatched. All returns can be submitted through our returns portal.
- Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout.
- If you forget to use your discount code, it cannot be applied once you've completed your order.
- Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards.
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
- Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases.
- Discount codes are not able to be applied to a cart that contains items from our Sale section.
- Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
The following Terms and conditions apply to our loyalty program, MyMoolk Rewards. By signing up to the program, you accept these terms and conditions.
- Minimum spend applies to any reward discounts. Cart value must equal or exceed $50 excluding shipping costs.
- Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Reward discounts are not eligible to be used on items in our Sale section.
- You will receive 5 points for every $1 you spend. Once you have accrued enough points, claim your loyalty discount code by logging into your Rewards account (the icon in the bottom left corner of the website - this is different to the account you create in the top right corner!).
- It is your responsibility to add the loyalty discount code in the appropriate discount field at checkout. We cannot apply discounts to orders if you forget. To find the discount field on mobile, after you click “checkout” from your cart, you need to click on “Show order summary” at the very top of the page. This will drop down your order summary showing the items you are checking out with, and also display a Gift Card/Discount code box. Please put your Loyalty discount here.
- Loyalty discounts will only apply to the purchase amount excluding shipping fees and GST.
- Loyalty discounts are single-use, unique codes. If you choose to cancel your order, your loyalty points will not be credited back to you account nor will your discount code be re-activated.
- Loyalty discounts are not redeemable for cash.
- If you return items from an order you applied a loyalty discount to, you will only be credited the out of pocket expense (eg. The amount you paid after the loyalty discount was applied) and the points and loyalty discount will be forfeited.
- Earning rewards for leaving a review: Only one review per every 7 days is eligible for loyalty points. The points may take 24 hours to appear in your MyMoolk Rewards account.
- Moolk Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
- Both Store Credit and Gift Card in practice act the same and in turn have the same policies in place.
- Store Credits and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Store Credits and Gift Cards amounts do not go towards the free gift value threshold.
ZIPPAY
Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply. Orders paid for with either Afterpay or Zippay are only eligible for a Store Credit or Exchange.
