Terms & Conditions

  • Bundle discounts of 20% apply automatically at checkout when two qualifying products are added to cart; no code required.
  • Bundle pricing is based on the individual selling price of each item at the time of purchase. Where one item has been marked down, the 20% bundle discount applies to that marked-down price.
  • Bundle discounts cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.
  • Bundle items are not eligible for bonus store credit when returning.
  • Bundle discounts apply to selected styles only and are available while stock lasts.
  • Moolk reserves the right to add, remove, or amend bundle pairings and update these terms at any time.

Returns: Standard Bundle Items (both items full price before bundle discount):

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle where both items were full price are eligible for store credit or size exchange only — no cash refunds. This applies to both items in the bundle.
  • Items deemed faulty are exempt and will be refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns: Bundles Containing a Final Sale Item:

  • Where one or both items in a bundle are marked as Final Sale (discounted), those items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except where the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
  • The full-price item in the bundle is eligible for store credit or size exchange only; no cash refunds.

How to Lodge a Bundle Return:

  • All bundle returns must be submitted through our returns portal. When prompted, select "Yes" to confirm your order included a bundle purchase. This ensures your return is processed correctly under our bundle returns policy.
  • Bundle returns submitted through the incorrect portal may experience delays in processing.

Terms and Conditions

Your entry into the promotion is deemed your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

MOOLK PTY LTD (ABN 32 633 325 587) ("Promoter"), which trades as Moolk.

Promotion Period

Entries for the promotion may be submitted from the time of publication until 11:59pm (AEST) on 09/05/2026 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility Requirements

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for entry. Only entries from Australia are eligible. The promotion is open to entrants located in Australia only.

Procedures for Entry

Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the required form on the Promoter's website via the link below:

The entry will be deemed to have been made at the time it is received by the Promoter.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this competition. A purchase will not improve an entrant's chances of winning.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to subscribe to Moolk's marketing database and consent to receiving email marketing communications from the Promoter, including promotional offers, product launches, and brand updates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in those communications.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry at any time, including confirming an entrant's identity, age, contact details, and place of residence. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or has interfered with the entry process in any way.

Limitations on Entries

Participants may enter the competition once per person.

Duplicate emails for the same person will not be accepted.

Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible for entry.

The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.

Prize

The prize includes a Family Photoshoot to the value of $700 AUD. Prize also includes one Moolk piece redeemable on any current products available at moolkshop.com.au, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Photographer Cost Cap: Moolk will pay up to $700 AUD toward the professional family photoshoot session. If the photographer's standard session fee exceeds $700 AUD, the winner is responsible for paying the difference directly to the photographer. Moolk's contribution is capped at $700 AUD and is non-refundable. The winner acknowledges that acceptance of the prize includes acceptance of any additional costs beyond $700 AUD.

The winner may select a Moolk piece of their choosing which will be coordinated with the customer service team, provided all purchases are made within the 12-month validity period.

It is the responsibility of the winner to use their prize within the 12-month expiration period. Any unused inclusions after this period will be forfeited.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable (unless otherwise approved by the Promoter), exchangeable for other products or services, or redeemable for cash. Any additional costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Award of the prize is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Alternative Prize (Voucher Option): If Moolk is unable to source an appropriate professional photographer in the winner's location after reasonable efforts, the winner may elect to receive a Moolk product voucher to the value of $700 AUD, valid for 12 months from date of issue. This alternative will only be offered if photographer sourcing is not possible and will not be advertised as part of the primary prize offer. The winner must elect their preference (photoshoot or voucher) within 14 days of Moolk's notification of photographer sourcing outcome.

Regional and Remote Area Sourcing: For winners located in remote or regional areas where limited photographer availability exists, Moolk will offer photographer options in the nearest regional area or propose alternative arrangements (such as extended travel by photographer or alternative session dates/times). Moolk will not be responsible for travel costs to reach the photographer's location. If the winner declines all offered photographer options and no suitable local photographer can be sourced after reasonable efforts, the Alternative Prize (Voucher Option) clause applies.

Photoshoot Completion Deadline: The winner must coordinate with the selected photographer and complete the photoshoot session within 3 months of the winner announcement date (on or before 10 August 2026). If the photoshoot is not completed within this timeframe, the prize expires and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted to an alternative prize. The winner is responsible for initiating contact with the photographer and scheduling the session within this timeframe.

Winners

One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw after the closing date of the promotion.

The Promoter will notify the winner via email from hello@moolkshop.com.au by 9am (AEST) on 10/05/2026.

If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner after making reasonable efforts to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry and select an alternative winner.

The name of the winner will be published on the Promotions Information Page:

and will remain visible for 28 days after the winner has claimed their prize.

Privacy and Publicity

Any personal information collected by the Promoter will be used solely for:

(a) administering the competition, including notifying the winner, and

(b) future marketing and promotional communications from Moolk (as described above).

Use of Photoshoot Images and Winner Information: Moolk may publish the winner's first name and location on the Moolk website and social media channels. However, all photographs taken during the photoshoot are the property of the photographer and the winner. Moolk may request permission from the photographer and/or winner to use one or more images for promotional purposes (including website, social media, email marketing, and printed materials). Use of any photoshoot images by Moolk is entirely optional and requires explicit written consent from both the photographer and the winner. Moolk will not publish, use, or reproduce any photoshoot images without this consent. Participation in testimonials or case studies featuring photoshoot images is completely voluntary and at the winner's discretion.

Disclaimers, Waivers, and Limitations of Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or tampered prizes, misdirected mail, or printing errors.

The Promoter is not responsible for any interruption, delay, or cancellation of the competition caused by circumstances beyond its control.

If the competition is disrupted or cannot be completed as intended, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the promotion to ensure fairness and integrity.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Promoter, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the promotion, the acceptance or use of a prize, or participation in any related activity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

General

The Promoter's decisions are final and binding on all entrants.

All issues and questions concerning these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and each entrant regarding this promotion.

  • A $10 discount will be applied to your first order when using the unique code provided in your welcome email.
  • Minimum spend of $50 required before shipping to redeem this offer.
  • Valid for first-time customers only.
  • One use per customer.
  • Cannot be combined with bundle discounts or any other promotional offer or discount code, including rewards discounts.
  • Discount code must be applied at checkout — it will not be applied retrospectively.
  • Valid on full-price items only.
  • Moolk reserves the right to extend or end this promotional offer and update the terms and conditions at any time.
  • Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout.
  • If you forget to use your discount code, it cannot be applied once you've completed your order.
  • Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. 
  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • Only one discount code can be used per transaction. 
  • Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases.
  • Discount codes are not able to be applied to a cart that contains items from our Sale section.
  • Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, (eg, bundle discounts, free shipping promos etc).

The following Terms and conditions apply to our loyalty program, MyMoolk Rewards. By signing up to the program, you accept these terms and conditions.

  • Minimum spend applies to any reward discounts. Cart value must equal or exceed $50 excluding shipping costs.
  • Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Reward discounts are not eligible to be used on items in our Sale section.
  • You will receive 5 points for every $1 you spend. Once you have accrued enough points, claim your loyalty discount code by logging into your Rewards account (the icon in the bottom left corner of the website - this is different to the account you create in the top right corner!).
  • It is your responsibility to add the loyalty discount code in the appropriate discount field at checkout. We cannot apply discounts to orders if you forget. To find the discount field on mobile, after you click “checkout” from your cart, you need to click on “Show order summary” at the very top of the page. This will drop down your order summary showing the items you are checking out with, and also display a Gift Card/Discount code box. Please put your Loyalty discount here.
  • Loyalty discounts will only apply to the purchase amount excluding shipping fees and GST.
  • Loyalty discounts are single-use, unique codes. If you choose to cancel your order, your loyalty points will not be credited back to you account nor will your discount code be re-activated.
  • Loyalty discounts are not redeemable for cash.
  • If you return items from an order you applied a loyalty discount to, you will only be credited the out of pocket expense (eg. The amount you paid after the loyalty discount was applied) and the points and loyalty discount will be forfeited.
  • Earning rewards for leaving a review: Only one review per every 7 days is eligible for loyalty points. The points may take 24 hours to appear in your MyMoolk Rewards account.
  • Moolk Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Both Store Credit and Gift Card in practice act the same and in turn have the same policies in place.
  • Store Credits and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Store Credits and Gift Cards amounts do not go towards the free gift value threshold.

Eligibility

  • LIMITED OFFER: Orders placed from 12:30pm AEST Wednesday 28 January 2026 with a minimum spend of $150 will be eligible for the free wash bags. Limited time offer while stock lasts!
  • Free Moolk Wash Bags - Set of 2 (free gift) will automatically add to cart when you spend $180 or more in a single order (before shipping, after discounts, and excluding store credits or gift cards).
  • The free gift are automatically added to cart once the qualifying spend is reached.
  • Orders are eligible for one of each free gift item per transaction. Spending the qualifying amount multiple times in a single order does not result in multiple of the same gift.

Discount Details

  • Gift cards do not count toward the qualifying spend.
  • If items are removed from cart and the total drops below $180, the free gift will automatically be removed.
  • In the event a free gift oversells, Moolk may substitute the item with an alternative gift.

Returns and Exchanges

  • If you return items from your order that reduce the total spend below $180, the free gift must also be returned.
  • By placing an order with a free gift in the cart, you are accepting the associated terms and conditions. Customers may choose to remove the free gift from their cart prior to checkout if they do not wish to accept these terms.
  • Return and exchange shipping fees apply.

Timing

  • The free gift promotion is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Other Conditions

  • Free gift offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly outlined.
  • Offer is subject to stock availability.
  • Moolk reserves the rights to update these terms and conditions without notice.

Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply.
