** 30% OFF WINTER SALE T&C's 

  • Discount applies to items in the Winter collection as linked in this email.
  • No discount code is required. It will automatically be applied at checkout.
  • The automatic discount will expire at 7pm Sunday 19th September
  • There is a $50 minimum spend
  • No further discounts can be applied (including loyalty discounts)
  • Store credits and gift cards can be used as they are a form of payment
  • Discount does NOT apply to shipping or the purchase of new gift cards
  • Our standard returns policy applies (ie. you can return items that are NOT in the SALE! collection)
  • You can purchase two sizes and return one for a refund as per our returns policy (excludes SALE! items)
  • If you do buy 2 sizes and decide to on-sell the unwanted size on the Moolk BSS, please sell the item for what you paid
  • We will start shipping orders on Monday 20th Sept. Depending on the influx of orders, it could take 2-3 business days to get all orders shipped out
  • Items in your cart are NOT secure until you complete checkout
  • We aren’t able to ADD items to your order or CHANGE sizes after it’s completed. Please triple check items in your cart before checking out

 

** BUY 2 ITEMS IN 2 SIZES OF THE SAME STYLE, SEND 1 SIZE BACK FOR A REFUND

If you've purchased 2 sizes of the exact same item (colour and style) in the same transaction, you are able to return 1 size for a refund, equal to the amount you paid for the item less shipping, to your original payment method. If you return both sizes, you will get a refund for one size and a store credit for one size. Return shipping is at the customers expense. 

NOTE: Please email hello@moolkshop.com.au to initiate this type of return request. Please do NOT use the online return portal.

 

** SALE! + 'PERFECTLY IMPERFECT' ITEMS

All sale! and 'perfectly imperfect' purchases are final. There are strictly no returns on these items. If a product is deemed faulty, please email hello@moolkshop.com.au with a clear photo of the fault and our customer service team will assist. There are no exchanges for sale items. 

 

** DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout. If you forget to use your discount code, it cannot be applied once you've completed your order. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Current promotions and/or discount codes cannot be used on previously paid purchases. Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
