Customer Care Manager

Based in our Head Office at Northgate, Brisbane


POSITION PURPOSE:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced customer service pro to join our fast-growing, women-led fashion label.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that will see you contribute to the smooth running of our customer service channels, and leave a lasting impression on our customers. The Moolk team is fun, friendly and family-oriented, and the successful candidate will be solutions-focused, with a happy and positive yet levelheaded vibe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively responding to and managing all customer enquiries via our Customer Service Platform, including live web chat, emails and social media enquiries.

  • Process all customer returns.

  • Be present in our Community Facebook Group by replying to comments and queries that arise day-to-day.

  • Process all customer returns daily.

  • Work with the Design team to learn the fit and sizing recommendations to give our customers the best possible fit advice when needed.

  • Provide customers with accurate information about our products and policies in a friendly and down-to-earth manner.

  • Build long-lasting customer relationships to enhance and create a memorable brand experience.
  • Supporting the Operations Assistant with quality controlling garments and restocking shelves during big releases (the whole team chips in!)
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience using Shopify and Gorgias platforms is advantageous
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay calm and positive when dealing with negative customers
  • Proactively seek solutions to curly customer service problems that may arise
  • Enthusiastic approach to tasks and problem solving
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • A down-to-earth, compassionate disposition with an ability to firmly implement company policies and remain calm and professional
  • Strong computer skills including typing
  • Ability to work as part of a vibrant team and autonomously when needed
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills
  • Willing to go the extra mile for our customers
  • Passion for the fashion industry and helping new mums
