    Returning your Moolk items has never been easier.

    To get started, you’ll need your order number and email address. You’ll find your order number in your order confirmation email.

    YOUR RETURN OPTIONS

    For full priced items


    RETURNS POLICY

  • Change of mind returns for full priced items are issued a store credit (excluding duplicate returns - see below).

  • Our return and exchange policy window is 30 days.

  • $9 will be deducted from your store credit to cover the return shipping fee. Exchanges will need to pay $9 at the time of processing the return (however, shipping costs to send out the new exchanged sizes is free - yay!).

  • Australian based customers are issued with a trackable return label via email. This return label is linked to your customer order number.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Items in our ‘Sale!’ collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached. Please be mindful of returning your item in a similar condition to when it arrived.

  • Clothing must have hang tags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.

  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it it marked as ‘delivered’ by Australia Post. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.

  • All redeemed rewards points are final. Redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account when making a return or exchange.

  • Please email hello@moolkshop.com.au prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest priority.

  • EXCHANGES

  • You will need to pay a $9 return shipping fee at the time of processing your instant exchange return. However, the shipping cost to send out your new exchanged sizes is free - yay!

  • At this stage, you can only exchange for the same product you are returning but in a different size.

  • Customers can choose either an Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange:

  • Instant Exchange: customers can use their card to have their exchange processed instantly.
  • Standard Exchange: exchange order will be processed once in transit back to Moolk.

  • If the item/s from an Instant Exchange are not received within 14 days, the full amount is charged to the card.

  • Exchange requests that are out of stock will be issued as a store credit.

  • STORE CREDIT

  • All full-priced items can be returned for a store credit.

  • Store credit is issued in the form of a gift voucher.

  • If you used a discount code on your original order, you will only be credited the amount you paid (less the discount).

  • A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit and a reply paid shipping label will automatically be generated.

  • You will receive the gift voucher via email.

  • Gift vouchers do not have an expiration date.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable

  • DUPLICATE RETURNS

  • If you've purchased 2 sizes of the exact same item (colour and style) in the same transaction, you are able to return 1 size for a refund, equal to the amount you paid for the item less shipping and discounts, to your original payment method.

  • If you return both sizes, you will get a refund for one size and store credit for one size. In this instance, you will need to submit 2 separate returns, one for the refund and one for the store credit. If you want to submit them both in the same return, you will be issued a store credit for all items include the duplicate.

  • If you used a discount code on your original order, you will only be credited the amount you paid (less the discount).

  • A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and a reply paid shipping label will automatically be generated.

  • Excludes Sale! Items.

  • Duplicate returns can be submitted through our new returns portal.
