1. Introduction

1.1 This competition ("Competition") is administered and run by Moolk Pty Ltd ("Organiser," "we," "us," or "our").

1.2 By entering this Competition, participants ("you," "your," "entrant," or "participants") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to all individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees and immediate family members of Moolk are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must fill out the form on the designated landing page and provide a valid email address (required) and mobile number (optional).

3.2 Entry is limited to one per person (not per email). An bonus entry will be given when a participants adds their mobile number.

4. Prizes

4.1 One participant will win a grand prize of AUD $500 Moolk gift voucher.

5. Winner Notification

5.1 The winner will be drawn randomly and notified via email on Friday 3rd November at 9am AEST.

5.2 The $500 AUD Moolk Gift Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Privacy

6.1 All personal information you provide will be used by Moolk in accordance with its privacy policy and for the purpose of administering the Competition.

6.2 By entering this Competition, you agree to receive future communications from Moolk Pty Ltd via email and SMS. You may opt out at any time.

7. General

7.1 Moolk reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition.

7.2 By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages, if any, arising out of their participation in this Competition or any Competition-related activities.
