COVID-19 UPDATE

We are fully operational and dispatching orders daily from our Brisbane warehouse. We are taking extra precautions when packing your orders, and our staff our washing their hands frequently. We send all parcels through AusPost, and they are experiencing delays due to the high volumes of parcels they're now processing.

DOMESTIC: Auspost have advised there are delays across their network of approximately 3-5 business days for Regular Post. Express Post are being prioritised, but there are still minor delays and they cannot guarantee next-day delivery. 

Domestic flights have been substantially limited, so AusPost are having to rely on road transport to transfer parcels interstate, resulting in delays. It also means your parcel tracking won't be updated as frequently, as they aren't scanning into the usual checkpoints throughout their distribution network.

INTERNATIONAL: We are only shipping to New Zealand at this time. There are delays, as most parcels are being held up at customs and international flights are heavily impacted. Please be patient, as your parcel could take an extra week or two than usual to be delivered.

Due to the high cost of shipping bulky winter items (like the knits) we cannot offer free shipping over $150. To qualify for free shipping on winter items, you must add a minimum of $200 to your cart (excluding shipping costs - can be a mix of winter and other items). Standard Post: $8 flat rate  (Australia Post Parcel Post Service 2-6 business days)
Express Post: $12 flat rate (Australia Post Express Post Service 1-2 business days)

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $150* excludes 'Winter' items. (automatically applied at checkout. Applies to Australian orders only)

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

$12 flat rate (standard tracked 3-10 business days)

$16 flat rate (express tracked 2-4 business days)

All NZ orders are sent via Australia Post which includes full tracking.

Please note: Moolk does not cover the cost of custom fees/ import duties into NZ.

At this time, we do not ship to other international countries. Please contact us (hello@moolkshop.com.au) if you'd like a shipping quote to your country.

TIMEFRAMES

We dispatch orders daily (Mon-Fri) from our Brisbane warehouse.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12.01pm will be dispatched next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: During sale periods and new releases, there will be a 2-3 business day delay in dispatching orders. We thank you for your patience mamas!

Regular Post: 2-6 business days from dispatch (depending on your location and order size).

Express Post: 1-2 business days from dispatch (depending on your location and order size).


New Zealand Regular Post: 5-7 Business Days

New Zealand Express Post: 2-3 Business Days

We take no responsibility for items lost in the mail. For peace of mind, the carriers we use provide a tracking service to ensure all Moolk parcels arrive at their destination safely and on-time.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind or aren't 100% happy with your item/s, we are more than happy to offer you a store credit

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Items must be sent back within 14 business days of receipt of goods. 
  • Must be a full priced item.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Be in a saleable condition; no fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks.
  • If you/your items do not meet these requirements, Moolk reserves the right to refuse a return and the item/s will be shipped back to you.
