Moolk $500 Wardrobe Refresh Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Moolk Pty Ltd.
  2. Eligibility:
    • The giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Moolk and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    • By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  3. How to Enter:
    • To enter, participants must complete the giveaway entry form on Facebook or Instagram, providing their full name, a valid email address and mobile number (optional).
    • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  4. Entry Period:
    • Entries open on Tuesday 14 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 22nd October 2026.
    • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
  5. Prize:
    • One (1) winner will receive a $500 AUD gift voucher to shop at Moolk (moolkshop.com.au).
    • The gift voucher will be issued to the winner’s provided email address once the winner confirms their acceptance of the prize.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
  6. Selection of Winner:
    • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries in a competition of chance, not skill.
    • The draw will take place within 2 days of the end date Thursday 22nd October 2026. 
    • The winner will the be notified via the email address provided within 24 hours of the draw.
  7. Claiming the Prize:
    • The winner must respond to the notification email within 7 days to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Moolk reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
  8. General Conditions:
    • By entering the giveaway, participants consent to Moolk using their first name and any content related to the giveaway for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    • Moolk reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
    • Moolk is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, or for any loss or damage suffered by any person or their property, directly or indirectly related to this giveaway.
  9. Meta Platforms:
    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
    • By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this giveaway.
  10. Privacy:
    • Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and, where consent has been given, to send marketing communications from Moolk.
    • Moolk will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  11. Governing Law:
    • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Australia, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
